Whether you’re a College of Charleston student or member of our faculty and staff, the Center for Civic Engagement can work with you to serve the community!

The Center for Civic Engagement offers students service opportunities with local nonprofit organizations that range from one-day events to ongoing opportunities to long-term programs. Our office also organizes the Alternative Break service immersion experiences and the Bonner Leader program. In addition to the variety of projects initiated each year based on current events, there are several annual events hosted by the Center for Civic Engagement.
